The room was perfect and attractive, and it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge that were useful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a tub worked well.
Some of the staff were incredibly rude.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, such as waffles and oatmeal, while the staff were attentive. The requests for adjoining rooms and early check-in were not fulfilled, leading to a frustrating start with limited time to prepare for a wedding. The location is a bit isolated, and the bed firmness didn't suit my personal preference.

Room was extremely clean- MUCH appreciated. Also having coffee constantly available in the lobby was a godsend after traveling for so long! Also the staff at the desk were very kind- we brought a birthday cake for my mom and forgot to bring plates/forks and she let us grab what we needed from the breakfast room. :)
Coming from the west, the turn onto the road to the hotel was confusing- drove past it twice. They need better signage from that end- a visible sign showing the turn to get to the hotel for guests coming from that direction would have been helpful. (The hotel is visible/obvious from the front facing the major route/parkway.) Only other thing was that the pillows were too fluffy/thick- hurt my neck and I ended up folding a towel a few times and using that instead. Breakfast eggs were pretty unsavory.

Comfortable bedding and spacious rooms enhance relaxation.
The check-in staff was rude and condescending. I had to wait a long time for my reservation to process, with no offer to assist during the wait. This unpleasant experience left a sour taste during my brief stay.

Continental breakfast was good-liked the robust coffee.Bed and pillows were comfortable. Neutrogena products were appreciated. Enjoyed the variety of "mouths" on paper cups.Glad there was a nightlight in the bathroom.
There should have been recycling baskets in the room and recycling bins in the dining area. A fridge in the room would have been handy. No stunning view-just the parking lot full of dumpsters that were being filled by a beeping bobcat.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, made check in easy. Breakfast was actually pretty good, had a lot of options. The pool area was nice, good for chilling after a long day. Room was clean even if a bit cramped. Close to restaurants so it was easy to find food.
The room felt way smaller than i expected and there were stains on the carpet. I noticed some weird smells coming from the bathroom.
